WARRANTY & RETURNS
All Black Arch Protos-M holsters have a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. If a product covered by this warranty fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair the product, without charge, or replace it, at our discretion (Since our holster designs change over time, the replacement may not be identical to your original holster). Only original, unaltered and unmodified materials and workmanship are covered by this policy. Shipping is not covered and is non refundable. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, or negligence. Damage not covered under warranty may be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping.
Our Rev-Con™, Entrada, Protos Heritage, and our kydex magazine carrier holsters come with a 1 year warranty.
A copy of the original order invoice is required for warranty service.
In the event that we no longer produce a holster that supports your particular handgun and/or a mounted accessory, and that product is eligible for warranty service, a replacement product of similar value or function will be offered at the discretion of Black Arch Holsters.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery as long as the product is in like new condition and shows no obvious sign of use/wear. All returns/exchanges on holsters and belts may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Other products carry no restocking fee. Shipping and priority charges are not refundable.
